Investment required for the completion of our HPC data center and IaaS software platform, along with the support required for lean business operations, marketing, and community building, necessitates a total investment of $6,960,416. This amount serves as our soft cap, representing the minimum required funding for interior installation and initial hardware for the data center to go live and associated AI & GPU marketplace platforms, as well as to reach the revenue generation phase.

To facilitate the expansion of our operations, we have planned to raise up to $42.8 million through equity sales subsequent to our listing event. These funds will primarily be allocated towards the acquisition of additional servers, which will significantly enhance our revenue generation capabilities.
